Entering the Hospitality Industry over 24 years
ago, Kim has been involved with all facets of the Customer Service
spectrum. Her strong organization and ability to work well with
others, in supervisory, training, and support staff roles, quickly
launched her into management positions. She brings a decade
of management experience. Kim's deep knowledge of how multifaceted
the Hospitality Industry is aligns the Trademark Q Staff to
complete tasks in an effective, efficient, and accountable manner.
She is committed to the provision of exemplary customer service.

Jonathan brings 15 years of IT industry experience.
He started his career building, deploying, and supporting DOS
systems for a computer center in North Carolina graduating to
Novell, UNIX, and NT systems in the enterprise environment.
His experience with designing and supporting mission critical
911 call center applications and databases affords Trademark
Q the ability to develop custom solutions for our clients. Jonathan
currently holds the Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft
Business Solutions Certified Professional, and CompTIA A+ Certified
Professional certifications.

Introduced to the Apple IIe in 7th grade, Vinh
Nguyen has had a passion for information technology for over
20 years. After receiving his Bachelor’s in Mathematical
Sciences in 1995, he held positions with several leading Manhattan
area I.T. firms. His job titles include Project Management,
Hardware & Software Support, as well as Systems, Network,
& Database Design and Administration. He moved to Florida
in December of 1998. He is a FoxPro DBA (1996), Microsoft Certified
Systems Engineer (MCSE) on WindowsNT4.0 (1998) and Windows2000
(2002), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA, 2002),
Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA, 2003) and Security
Professional (CWSP, 2003). He brings a wealth of knowledge,
experience, and commitment to the Trademark Q family.

Scott spent much of his early youth traveling
the country, working in hospitality, and soaking up the many
cultures that America has to offer. He has been involved with
technology since before the days of DOS with his Commodore 64/128,
through early Windows 95 and 98, and into the business world
with Windows 2000 and Windows XP, gaining Microsoft certification
along the way. In the fall of 2000, he joined with his friend,
Vinh Nguyen, in supporting businesses as a freelance consultant.
They received such great reviews, that by that following summer,
Trademark Q, Inc. was formed. Since then, good word has traveled.
They have become essential support partners for a number of
hospitality groups and Small Businesses in and around central
Florida, as well as some outside the area. Scott Mullinix has
a solid commitment to customer support and new technology. |

Jack Armas is a native New Yorker who moved
to Florida in December of 2002. He worked eight years for the
prestigious School of Visual Arts and earned his Apple Certification
in 1995. Jack has an extensive background in desktop publishing
applications and support and is a true cross platform technician
in working with the Apple OS and Windows. |
